While a steam iron eliminates fabric wrinkles and creases with great efficacy, the impact of a hefty sole plate will not do for some delicate synthetic and vintage pieces. To treat such items, Jiffy Steamer created their J-4000I Pro-Line garment steamer for professional and home use alike. The 1500-watt upright steamer smooths away wrinkles, surpassing all tabletop steam irons with its speed efficiency and gentle touch. Ideal for vertical use on curtains and long garments, the steamer's adjustable settings accommodate a variety of materials' needs. The steamer features a die-cast aluminum outer body to protect its 1-gallon water boiler. Constructed in 304 stainless steel, the corrosion-resistant boiler requires fifteen minutes to heat water and two additional minutes for steam conversion. Once steam-ready, the 50/60 Hz system produces steam for 1-3/4 hours.

The Jiffy J-4000I is equipped with a 5 1/2 foot flexible hose and 4 interchangeable steam heads consisting of a 9" bent aluminum pipe head attachment, "B" brush steam cleaning head, 6" wide metal steam head and a 12" wide carpet steam head. A visible water gauge enables quick water level assessment, while also informing the user of sediment build-up in the boiler tank. Steam travels through a 5-1/2-foot hose before emitting out of a metal steamer head with wood handle. Metal steam head is more durable, but gets hot around the metal and tends to be heavier than the plastic steam head and handle combination of the J-4000I. A plastic carrying handle equips the steamer for transport. Fusible link wiring with color-coded wires ensures safety. Jiffy Steamer includes additional end plugs for steamer use in different regions. A wrench is also enclosed to assist users with home steamer assembly. Assorted attachments are available for separate purchase. As with any electrical appliance, read the enclosed warnings and safety guidelines prior to using the UL- and CSA- listed steamer. Jiffy Steamer offers a limited one-year warranty for all parts with the exception of the power cord. The USA-made steamer measures 20 by 11 by 60 inches assembled, and weighs 26 pounds.
