You, the barista, have full control over your espresso with this classically designed, stainless steel machine. Modern features make the Gaggia Achille easy to use. The stainless steel heat exchange boiler eliminates the wait time between brewing and steaming. You can monitor the boiler temperature and pressure by way of the pressure gauge, and the Achille�s internal pressure regulator keeps your machine ready to brew.
Simply lift the lever at the front, allowing the water to infuse your coffee grounds, then lower it to pressurize the brew filter, and force the water down through your grounds. With the Gaggia Achille, savor the distinct flavor and rich golden crema of espresso crafted specially by you.
